The Coping Café is the second Saturday of every month
from 10am-11:30am in the group room of Suite 11
Looking to get your weekend off to a healthy start while learning more about a variety of mental health topics, coping skills, or simply introducing your family and friends to the world of mental health? Each month our team of professionals will utilize a structured Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to touch on topics like; managing stress, anxiety, relationships, familial concerns, substance abuse, and general ways to improve you or your loved ones day to day life. The CBT approach is comprehensive, insight oriented, and instructional. Coffee, tea, and cafe comforts will also be provided at no cost to you. Although we have had to postpone our Coping Café gatherings due to the current state of emergency, we are continuing to have our discussions on the vlog. We hope to see you there!
